CENTENNIAL 1855-1955

In 1967 Holmes sold the building to Mr. and Mrs. Heine Boomgarden. The business was sold later to Mr. and Mrs. Jake Eilders. 

In 1974 the building was sold to Mr. and Mrs. Warren Booth. After extensive renovations, it was opened as the Green Door Lounge and Restaurant. In August of 1975, they sold the business to Mr and Mrs. Stan Caldwell of Wellsburg.
